We believe that the final product that you will get at the end of the pool building process is the best part of this experience. But there is of course a process that must come before you can enjoy your beautiful new pool. This process is often the final stage in an even longer process involving years of dreaming, planning, preparing, and finally deciding to take the plunge. Our goal is to help you through the smoothest construction process possible. We utilize our proven construction and project management method to coordinate every construction phase with award winning customer service.
We know that building a pool is a big undertaking, and we have the expertise to help you through the process. We would like to invite you to eagerly say “Let the pool building begin!” because the Backyard Vacation Oasis Experience is rooted in a firm belief that how professionally you get to the final result is equally as important as the final result itself.
At Backyard Vacation Oasis, we keep our clients updated throughout the entire build process. Below we outline our process starting with your initial meeting and culminating with your pool school.
Our Process
1. Consultation
We like to start off our projects at your home. Being we are a family-owned company, we don’t have traditional sales people. Howard, our owner, will go out to all consultation appointments. We will discuss what you are looking for with any needs or preferences you may have. We ask that you have a plot plan and septic plan (if applicable) at the time of the appointment.
2. Design
After the meeting and discussing some of your ideas we will create a 3D design of the pool in YOUR backyard. At this point, you can tweak pretty much anything about the design with one of our CAD Designers.
3. Securing a Spot / Blueprint
Once the design is just how you want it, we would set a time to get the contract and all documents signed. At this point, we will start the blueprint for the project and the permitting process.
4. Construction Phase
This is where the fun begins! We will bring machinery and your Dream will start to come to life in your own backyard.
5. Pool School
When the construction process is finished and the pool is full of water you are going to class. We will teach you how to operate your equipment and maintain your pool. Showing you the Do’s and Don’ts of pool ownership.
6. Swim Time
This is where the fun begins! We will bring machinery and your Dream will start to come to life in your own backyard.
